Поэтому посещение салона красоты нужно рассматривать с точки зрения не только качества оказания услуг (хотя это очень важно), но и безвредности для вашего здоровья. «Свой» салон и «своего» мастера можно выбирать очень долго и по субъективным критериям, мы же поговорим о том, каким образом проконтролировать безопасность той или иной процедуры. Требования к помещению
Санитарные нормы накладывают определенные требования на помещения, в которых могут оказываться парикмахерские и косметические процедуры.
Законные основания: документ, в котором описываются требования, предъявляемые к салонам красоты с точки зрения санитарно-гигиенических норм, — СанПиН 2.1.2.2631-10 «Санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к размещению, устройству, оборудованию, содержанию и режиму работы организаций коммунально-бытового назначения, оказывающих парикмахерские и косметические услуги».
Салоны красоты могут размещаться в отдельных зданиях или пристройках, а также на первых этажах жилых домов (при условии, что оборудован отдельный вход) и в различных общественных учреждениях типа домов отдыха, санаториев или отелей.
Важно! Если салон располагается в помещении, где отсутствует естественное освещение, гигиенические требования по воздухообмену помещений и параметры микроклимата все равно должны соблюдаться — в этом случае они обеспечиваются за счет вентиляции и другого оборудования по поддержанию микроклимата. Также нормы предписывают использовать лампы дневного света с улучшенной цветопередачей.

В сентябре 2016 года компания Uber, представляющая услуги такси, вместе с маркой Givenchy предлагала своим клиенткам поучаствовать в акции и воспользоваться возможностью нанесения экспресс-макияжа прямо во время поездки. Это, конечно, экономит время, но тому, кто беспокоится о безопасности, возможно, стоит отдать предпочтение визиту в традиционный салон.
Для дезинфекции, стерилизации и очистки инструментов должна быть выделена отдельная комната — об этом мы еще подробно поговорим позже, потому что данный аспект очень важен.
Различным кабинетам — парикмахерскому, массажному, педикюрному, маникюрному, и так далее — также должны быть отведены отдельные помещения.
Для каждого вида процедур есть свои требования относительно размеров рабочего места — их можно узнать из СанПиНа. Чисто визуально пространства должно быть достаточно, чтобы мастер выполнил все манипуляции, а клиент чувствовал себя комфортно.
При этом рабочее место должно быть хотя бы минимально отделено от соседнего, даже если между ними не установлено перегородок.
Во всех помещениях должна быть вентиляция, которая обеспечивает свежий воздух — вне зависимости от того, где располагается салон. Местная принудительная вытяжная вентиляция предусмотрена для мастера по наращиванию ногтей.
Освещение должно соответствовать гигиеническим нормативам. То есть,
для косметических, косметологических, процедурных кабинетов; кабинетов для маникюра и педикюра — 500 лк (лк = люкс = единица освещенности;
для парикмахерских залов, помещений для мытья, окраски и сушки волос — 400 лк (для сравнения, 400 лк — это по освещенности как закат или восход в ясный день);
для массажных кабинетов, зон отдыха — 200 лк
Определить достаточность и недостаточность освещения можно и «на глаз», и сумрак в процедурном кабинете определенно должен насторожить.
